Delivery is free for orders above 30.000 RSD. Below that, delivery costs 600 RSD for standard items up to 2 kg. For heavier or bulkier items the cost is calculated according to the courier's current price list.

The courier will contact you before delivery. If you are not found at the address, a notice will be left explaining how to collect the parcel.

Parcels handed to the courier by 16:00, Monday to Friday, are delivered the next business day between 08:00 and 18:00. Couriers do not collect parcels at weekends, so orders received then are dispatched on Monday.
